Stephen Carroll
Stephen is a Director of the RSM Tax Services division in Perth, providing specialist research and development (R&D) tax incentive and innovation consulting services. Stephen is responsible for the R&D tax incentive advisory services for RSM. He has experience in all aspects of the R&D claims process.
Jacques Rousset
Jacques is Manager, Private Equity at GCP Capital Pty Ltd. He advises on company valuations, sourcing debt, equity, and convertible instruments. He also helps establish frameworks for companies to achieve capital raising targets and(or) an eventual IPO, while also providing exit and divestment strategies.
Brendon Davies
Specialising in the corporate sector, Brendon Davies is a Business Advisor and Accountant with extensive accounting, commercial and business experience. His strengths include business setup, business continuity and growth, and corporate tax and compliance. With over 20 years’ accounting experience, 15 years’ as a business owner himself, Brendon has a comprehensive understanding of business management, accounting and compliance requirements and contributes significantly to his clients’ key business decisions.
