Pollinators Basecamp Incubator

Basecamp Incubator will harness the Mid West’s natural, physical and cultural assets.

The incubator will be a living laboratory for the development of scalable, replicable and internationally relevant visitor-oriented technologies, tools, and experiences.

Pollinators was successful in receiving a $120,000 WA State Government grant that will be leveraged to secure federal funding to establish Basecamp: Science & Ecotourism Incubator.  This project will help create new job opportunities for entrepreneurs and local businesses in the Mid West.

Pollinators are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from our community and beyond, to determine how the interest and support for this very exciting proposal that promotes the economic growth here in our Great Region. Although preference will be given to ecotourism ventures, all ventures are encouraged to apply as we have found that having a diverse range of ventures undertaking the program, leads to a positive and supporting environment.

“Pollinators are an established social enterprise that has demonstrated how innovation hubs nurture entrepreneurs and support business innovation, which leads to greater business opportunities, jobs and resilience in regional communities,” Said the Hon Alannah MacTiernan MLC.
