As part of the inaugural Shore Leave festival, our buddies Kat Black and Jasper Cook, from VJZoo, lit up the Geraldton Museum and Marina for an evening of projection light fun.

In collaboration with Aboriginal artist Deborah Bonar and in-house Yamaji Artists: Barbara Merritt, Margaret Whitehurst, Nicole Dickerson and Raharna Petersen – they put on quite a feast for the eyes.

The Cove event drew in a diverse crowd, with families, couples and all – there to tickle the senses.

The projectors were sitting high up at the Mantra lighting up the Penn boats in front of the Skeetas Restaurant. The Geraldton Museum was also lit up for an interactive light show, keeping the kids (and adults) enticed.

It was a great occasion for the community to connect and enjoy the Geraldton Marina in a visually stimulating setting.

A big thank you to the City of Greater Geraldton supported by the The Government of Western Australia's Regional Economic Development Scheme through Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development (DPIRD) and the Mid West Development Commission, for putting on this unique Shore Leave event.
